Well it’s three years and time for elections.
Nominations will be done via the email list. Please register for the mailing list at http://popcaanz.com/membership/mailing-list
All accepted nominations AND bios must be posted by 5pm Sunday 24 June. Nominees and nominators must be a current financial member of PopCAANZ. Below are the steps:
1. Nominate a person and a position via the email list.
2. The nominee should then respond accepting OR declining the nomination; acceptance responses must include a short bio (fewer than 50 words please).
3. Ballot papers will be given out at conference registration (a list of biographies will be at the registration desk too).
4. Please place completed ballot papers in box provided at the conference.
5. Votes will be tallied and the new Executive officers will be announced at the AGM.

Vice-President
Executive Director
Treasurer
Secretary/Membership
